2. What data we collect and why

Contact form and sale enquiry

When you contact us via the contact form or the "Request sale" form, we collect the data you provide (e.g. name, email, phone, message, and for the sale enquiry: callback and viewing preferences, property address, type, year built). This data is used solely to process your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual) and our legitimate interest in communicating with you, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Email delivery

Your messages are sent to us by email. We use the Resend service. Processing is based on our data processing agreement; Resend only processes data for email delivery. Resend privacy policy.

Emails are delivered to our business email inboxes (Hetzner Webhosting).

Hosting and technical logs

This website is hosted on Hetzner servers (locations in Finland and Germany/EU). The domain is managed by Hostinger. When you visit the site, technical access data (e.g. IP address, time, page viewed, browser) may be recorded in server logs. This is used for security and troubleshooting. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

Anonymous statistics (Umami)

We use the privacy-friendly tool Umami to evaluate how the website is used. Only anonymous data is collected (e.g. page views, approximate country of origin). No cookies are used for statistics, no personal data is stored, and no user profiles are created. The analysis runs on our own or trusted infrastructure (Umami self-hosted). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent via our cookie banner) or, in the view of some supervisory authorities, legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) where no personal data is involved.

Necessary cookies / session

Technically necessary cookies or session data are used to run the website and for admin login. No consent is required (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR or contract performance).

3. Retention period

• Contact and sale enquiries: until your request is fully completed, then usually up to 1 year for follow-ups and documentation (unless legal retention obligations apply). Under the GDPR we only keep data for as long as necessary.
• Server logs: usually up to 30 days, unless longer retention is required for security reasons.
• Analytics data (with consent): maximum 14 months, then automatic deletion.

Deletion takes place automatically after the periods expire or by the controller (F&N Promotion sàrl). You can request early deletion of your data at any time (see your rights below).

4. Disclosure of data

Data is only disclosed to third parties as described (Resend for email, Hetzner/Hostinger for hosting/domain; for anonymous statistics we use Umami on our own or trusted infrastructure, with no disclosure of personal data) or where required by law. We do not sell your data.

5. Links to other websites

This website may contain links to external sites (e.g. YouTube, property portals such as atHome or immotop, social networks). We have no control over their content or data processing. When you use such a link, that provider's privacy policy applies. We are not responsible for their handling of your data.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Luxembourg: Commission nationale pour la protection des données, CNPD).
