We visit your property on site. Based on the location, condition, features and current market data, you receive a well-founded assessment of the market value – non-binding and free of charge.

Price proposal within 24 hours

In a dynamic market, every hour counts. No later than 24 hours after the viewing, you receive a concrete, market-based price proposal – transparently explained and discussed with you if desired.

Agreement & mandate

Buyer selection & viewings

We pre-qualify serious buyers, coordinate all appointments and conduct the viewings professionally. You don’t have to be on site yourself and still keep full control.

Negotiation & sale contract

We negotiate the price on your behalf, check the buyers’ solvency and prepare the draft notarial deed together with the notary. Goal: a secure contract that protects your interests.

Notary appointment & completion

We accompany you to the notary and remain at your side afterwards. For exclusive mandates, we cover the cost of the legally required energy performance certificate (CPE). Signing, receipt of funds, handover of keys – we ensure a smooth and legally compliant process.
